Get to know the members of The Bottle Babies
All veterans of Norfolk, Va.'s rock scene, they have quickly become a well received and reviewed act. Taking cues from various artist and influences, The Bottle Babies move seamlessly through styles-weaving fragments of angst with catchy bends, hooks, and riffs. Led energetically by the throat of front man Todd Owens, the band is founded on rock 'n' roll tradition, built by energy and driven by the passion to perform. The Bottle Babies are currently recording a full-length CD at the infamous Steveland Studios. Engineered by Steve Baise and The Bottle Babies, the CD will be distributed by
BLACK LUNG and GET HIP Records. The band's freshman release fills a gut and balls niche that's indigenous and worthy of representing their roots. The band manages to nail each and every song with a high-octane thrust. The Bottle Babies have captured an aggressive display of melody and unleash the power of their musicianship and unique style.
What are others saying about THE BOTTLE BABIES?
Perfect rock energy. I like the guitar tone and the style of the vocals fits perfectly. It sounds like the band means what they're playing. Once again, nice guitar work. Great!--M. Barley, Belleville, NJ.
Your music is very well arranged and has nice hook to it. Your singer's vocal style is original. The build up in your song, "Sweet Louise" works well, the chorus break is great. I think your track will do well---it's all power and melody, but still manages to maintain that punk edge and with your permission, I'd like to play this on air on

Man, the MP3 track, "Sweet Louise" is one of those songs that's hard to review because there's nothing that needs to be changed. This could be on a cassette tape and still be a great song. I'd love to listen to this on an old cylinder--it'd still be a completely enervating song. Make no changes.---Mphtower, Front Royal, VA.
Extraordinary, mind-bending guitar licks and killer drums. The Bottle Babies have depth and vision!--Stupid Jessica, Oshkosh, WI.
This is way cool, I love it. it's real punk which is great but it has like some old good rock sound. Oh man its great, I love your
style.---Blackchalk Bob, Charleston OR.
